Résumé du poste

Company Description LEADS Framework is a bottom-up, employee-centered disability inclusion assessment designed to amplify employee voices within organizations. It provides employees, employee resource groups (ERGs), and inclusion leaders with a free tool that highlights lived experiences and workplace realities that traditional top-down assessments may overlook. By centering disability inclusion on the perspectives of workers, LEADS helps organizations identify gaps, prioritize actions, and foster more equitable workplaces. Questions about the framework or organization can be directed to [email protected]. Role Description The Disability Specialist will support disability inclusion initiatives and research by gathering and analyzing employee feedback, helping administer the LEADS assessment, and documenting findings related to disability experiences in the workplace. The role also involves collaborating with inclusion leaders to develop recommendations, preparing summary reports, and maintaining organized records that align with LEADS Framework methodology. Qualifications Knowledge of disabilities and disability research and management, with an interest in inclusive workplace practices. Experience or coursework related to case management and claims management in a health, social services, or HR context is preferred. Strong communication skills, including the ability to write clearly, listen actively, and present information to diverse audiences.
