In addition to general administrative duties, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking minutes during meeting and ensuring follow up, maintaining databases and producing reports or presentations for the Chairman and CEO. *PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES* * Support the Chairman and CEO in all daily administrative and management tasks * Ensures appropriate follow up of management/technical/weekly meetings * Manages the Chariman and CEO's agenda and appointments, organizes meetings, and travel arrangements * Highly efficient and self-motivated * Reviews all incoming emails and sorts/categorizes/prioritizes for review * Acts as the point of contact between the Executive team and internal/external colleagues * Follow up on open items/reports and respond/handle some minor issues as needed * Writing of various reports, letters, memos, etc. * Follow up of ongoing projects or files and update the executive team as required * Handles all correspondence directed to Managers * Travel may be required. * Other related tasks as may be required. Requirements * 5 years experience in a similar role * Strong organizational skills * Highly efficient and self-motivated * Experience with Microsoft Suite * Language: English. Chinese considered an asset * Basic accounting skills considered an asset * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Valid driver?s license Salary will vary according to experience.
