Spec-Driven & Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately read, follow, and execute factory build sheets, order documents, and safety guidelines. Physical Capability: Ability to lift, bend, climb in and out of boats, and stay active on your feet throughout the day. Nice-to-Have Experience: Previous marine, mechanical, 12V electrical, or trailer rigging experience. General boating knowledge or a genuine passion for the marine industry.
