Job Description The Research Analyst is responsible for managing internal projects and producing high-quality research reports. This role requires the management of multiple projects simultaneously, work with various internal teams to ensure project success, and produce accurate, insightful research reports. Strong attention to detail and time management are essential for adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality work. Additionally, proficiency in data analysis and reporting is crucial to deliver actionable insights. To be successful in this role you need to be highly organized, capable of managing competing priorities, and able to synthesize large amounts of data into clear insights. Strong communication skills are essential to collaborate with internal teams and present findings effectively. A problem-solving mindset and keen analytical ability are also key to overcoming challenges and providing strategic recommendations. Responsibilites Participate in client meetings to fully understand project objectives and ensure alignment with research deliverables. Oversee full-cycle project management, collaborating with operations teams to ensure quality control, proper validation, and adherence to project timelines. Conduct statistical analysis and create reporting plans to interpret and present research findings clearly. Develop clear and concise research reports based on data analysis, ensuring insights are actionable and client needs are met. Monitor project progress, ensuring data integrity and that all project stages (e.g., pre-test, fieldwork, post-field analysis) meet quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sociology, Psychology, Business, or related discipline) 1 to 2 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related field Proficiency in using research and data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel, Tableau) and familiarity with market research methodologies. Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset Skills Project Management: Manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and meet deadlines. Communication & Writing: Clearly communicate with teams/clients and translate complex data into insights. Analytical Skills: Interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making. Problem-Solving: Address issues efficiently to maintain project quality and flow. Time Management: Prioritize tasks and deliver projects on time and within budget. Demonstrates basic technical and automation skills; effectively uses digital and AI tools with strong critical thinking and problem solving, while showing change resilience, adaptability, curiosity, and continuous learning agility Demonstrates strong understanding of AI, including ability to demystify, adopt, and apply AI tools to improve performance and decision-making.
