The Travel Counsellor is responsible for selling travel products and destinations while providing exceptional customer service across multiple channels. They are also tasked with preparing and processing travel itineraries using automated templates.

Candidates must have at least two years of sales or customer service experience and one year of specific travel counsellor experience. Personal travel experience and computer proficiency are also required.
