Just Got Your CDL… But Don’t Want to Live on the Road? If you want a role where you’re not stuck in a seat all day — this is it. In this role, you’ll handle yard operations and local equipment deliveries — no long hauls, no over-the-road grind. You’ll spend part of your time making local deliveries, and the rest keeping everything running smoothly in the yard. This Role Gives You The Best Of Both Worlds ✔ Stay local (home every night) ✔ Get hands-on with equipment ✔ Some driving — but not all driving Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (your evenings & weekends are free!) What You’ll Do Perform checks to ensure equipment is clean, safe, and rent-ready Handle local deliveries and transfers (no long-haul driving) Load, secure, and unload equipment safely Work closely with team members and customers during pickups and returns Help maintain a safe yard and report any issues Support the rental, service, and parts teams with yard operations What We’re Looking For A high school diploma or GED A valid CDL Class A license and acceptable driving record Someone who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions Physically able to handle lifting, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling A safety-first mindset with integrity and reliability A team player who doesn’t mind jumping in wherever needed Why Join Leppo?
