What You'll Do As our Production Manager, you'll lead daily manufacturing operations while creating an environment where people can do their best work. You'll work closely with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure we deliver safe, efficient, high-quality products that put our customers first. Your Impact Will Include ✔ Leading, coaching, and developing Production Supervisors and frontline teams. ✔ Building a culture of accountability, engagement, safety, and continuous learning. ✔ Driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. ✔ Ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and customer commitments are consistently achieved. ✔ Using data and operational metrics to improve productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen performance. ✔ Collaborating across departments to solve problems and support business growth. What We're Looking For We're Searching For Someone Who Brings 5+ years of leadership experience in food or fast-paced manufacturing.A proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.High degree of integrity, professionalism and respect for all.Post secondary education in a related field Why Dainty Foods?
