Levelup Reality is an award-winning virtual reality arcade in downtown Toronto, and we're hiring a friendly, energetic Customer Service Representative to welcome guests and walk them through the VR experience. If you enjoy gaming, like meeting new people, and want a steady part-time job with a team you can grow with, we'd like to hear from you. *Why work here* - A close-knit, supportive team and a genuinely fun place to work - Steady part-time hours that fit around a class schedule - Hourly pay plus tips, with bonuses based on performance - Full hands-on training, no VR experience required - Room to take on more responsibility over time - Steps from transit, right in the downtown core *What you'll do* - Welcome guests and help them through their VR session - Show first-time players how the headsets and controls work - Watch the play floor so guests stay safe and have a good time - Reset stations between sessions and help manage bookings - Handle basic technical hiccups and keep the customer service friendly - Help run birthday parties, corporate events, and group bookings *What we're looking for* - Comfortable talking to people and introducing them to something new - Comfortable with computers or gaming systems (VR experience is a bonus, not a requirement) - Communicates well and helps out when the floor gets busy - Stays calm and organized during busy stretches or the odd technical issue *Availability:* Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays required, plus 1-2 weekday shifts. *Pay:* From $17.60/hour plus tips, with performance bonuses and full training. *Eligibility:* You must be currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution and legally entitled to work in Canada. *How to apply:* Apply through this posting.
