All LEVEY Art products are designed and produced in-house in Canada, reflecting the company’s commitment to local innovation and excellence. Role Description This is a full-time Sales Associate role based in Oakville, ON, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Associate will support and grow client relationships by responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and guiding customers through product options and specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new business, following up on leads, scheduling client visits, and presenting LEVEY’s wallcovering and digital solutions to design and architectural professionals. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, updating CRM data, coordinating with internal teams on orders and deliveries, and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the sales cycle. The Sales Associate will also contribute to showroom presentations, trade events, and marketing initiatives that promote LEVEY’s products and brand. Qualifications Sales and customer relationship skills, including experience with prospecting, lead follow-up, and consultative selling. Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage interior designers, architects, and other commercial clients. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts, track activities, and maintain accurate CRM records. Basic understanding of commercial interiors, finishes, or building materials; interest in design and aesthetics is an asset. Comfort with digital tools, including email, video conferencing, and standard office software; experience with CRM platforms is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating on-site in Oakville, ON, and independently from home. Previous experience in B2B sales, showroom or design-industry sales, or related customer-facing roles is preferred. Post-secondary education in business, sales, marketing, design, or a related field is an advantage.
