The analyst will review pension plan provisions to ensure compliance with Canadian legislation and configure pension administration systems. They will also develop testing strategies for benefit calculations and support system developers in implementing new features. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in actuarial science or actuarial mathematics and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience. Excellent knowledge of Canadian pension laws and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required, with SQL skills considered an asset.
