Role Summary We are seeking a high-caliber Account Manager to spearhead our sales development and strategic growth within the Canadian market. This role is responsible for managing our most critical Mass retail partners, driving market share expansion in the memory storage and consumer electronics categories. The ideal candidate will be a strategic closer with a deep understanding of the Canadian storage industry and a proven ability to displace competitors through data-driven negotiation and planning. Core Responsibilities Strategic Account Management: Direct the primary sales strategy for Mass retail partners, ensuring our brand remains the preferred brand across all channel. Revenue & Market Share Growth: Identify and execute opportunities to increase footprint specifically focusing on competitive displacement and inventory optimization. Executive Business Leadership: Lead the preparation and delivery of Regional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). You will present high-impact "headliners" and performance dashboards to internal and external leadership. Promotional & Marketing Strategy: Work closely with Marketing to develop and manage campaigns, ensuring maximum online visibility and ROI for retail-specific promotions. Demand Forecasting & Logistics: Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure accurate sales forecasting, healthy inventory levels, and seamless order management for the Canadian region. Competitive Intelligence: Maintain a pulse on market trends and competitor activity to proactively adjust sales tactics and defend market position. Require Qualifications & Skills Experience: 3+ years of sales or account management experience, specifically within the consumer electronics or technology and demonstrated success delivering revenue growth and exceeding sales targets. Retail Expertise: Proven success managing top-tier Canadian retailers and a deep understanding of the regional distribution model. Analytical Prowess: Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations. Strategic Communication: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead high-stakes negotiations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Language: Native or professional proficiency in English is required; professional proficiency in French is highly desirable.
