We are currently hiring a Full time Learning and Development Specialist to support our London Administration Office. This job posting is for an existing vacancy. The Learning & Development Specialist will actively engage in developing a Lending Academy and facilitating learning and learning assets. Primary objectives are focused on using aspects of project management and adult learning principles, focusing on the strategic goals of Libro to provide best practice support to all staff for the ongoing sustainment of learning. This role will work collaboratively with the Learning & Development Manager and Director, Organizational Development, along with other L&D team members and business partners to achieve all goals. The Role Role model strong sales and service skills. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and enhance new and existing training programs for all staff, aligned to short and long-term strategic goals as well as supporting segment specific priorities and initiatives. Strong knowledge of credit or personal lending solutions and experience with creation of lending training. Develops materials, learning activities, and training assets in e-learning, virtual or hybrid environments for facilitators, staff and People Leaders. Facilitate/co-facilitate key learning and development programs. Develop programs and resources to develop facilitation skills of subject matter experts. Strong knowledge of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning solutions. Develop process to evaluate progress of staff, determine further training requirements and co-ordinate additional training by subject matter experts. Support a culture of feedback from staff to ensure staff needs are being met. Work with direct supervisor to determine process and metrics to track and communicate relevant reporting statistics. Commitment to continuous professional development and continuous improvement. Ensures alignment of training programs to Libro’s purpose to reinforce and support strategy. Have demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) What We're Looking For Do you have a passion that aligns with Libro’s Purpose? Do you have 5 years of demonstrated success in an HR/Training/Administrative position with relevant responsibilities or equivalent experience? Strong facilitation and facilitation management skills? Preferred qualifications include: A Certificate in Adult Learning or working towards the certificate from a recognized college or university, Project Management training and/or experience, proven knowledge of Articulate, Vyond, and/or other creation platforms.
