Your Opportunity This is an opportunity to build and grow your massage therapy practice within an established multidisciplinary clinic known for delivering exceptional client care throughout the Kootenays. You'll collaborate closely with experienced rehabilitation professionals while maintaining the autonomy to develop your own style of practice and clinical interests. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available based on your goals and clinic needs, with the potential for additional opportunities at our sister clinic, Kootenay Therapy Center in Cranbrook. Your Impact In this role, you will: • Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes. • Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned). • Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development. • Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow. • Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
