About the Role We're hiring a Location Manager to run day-to-day install operations across our True North Bath and Lifestyle's Windows and Doors teams in Western Ontario. You'll work directly with our crews, assign jobs, and make sure every project is staged and ready — right materials, right schedule — before the crew ever shows up. What You'll Do Assign jobs and manage scheduling for install crews across two product lines. Confirm materials are ordered and on site before install day. Be the go-to person for your crews on the ground — solving problems as they come up. Track and own your location's numbers: on-time completion, quality, and customer satisfaction. Travel to jobsites from Mississauga to Windsor, including Hamilton, Kitchener, London, and Cambridge. Additional duties as required Requirements Experience managing install crews or trades teams — renovation, construction, or similar. Someone who's happiest out on jobsites, not stuck behind a desk. Strong organizational skills and a valid driver's license. Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
