Résumé du poste
LIFT Collective is looking for a skilled, motivated chiropractor to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Langley. We are a private functional training, mobility, rehabilitation, and wellness studio built around one central belief: assess first don’t guess. Our clients aren’t looking for quick fixes or generic treatment plans. They want to understand what is limiting them, why it matters, and what they can do to create lasting change. We’re looking for a chiropractor who shares that mindset and wants to work collaboratively within an active, movement-focused environment. About the Role This is an independent contractor position with flexible hours and the opportunity to build a long-term practice within LIFT Collective. You’ll work alongside personal trainers, kinesiologists, mobility specialists, and naturopathic doctors, with opportunities for internal referrals and collaborative client care. This role is ideal for someone who wants more than simply renting a treatment room. We’re looking for a practitioner who wants to become a valued part of the LIFT team, contribute to our culture, and help us continue building something different within the health and fitness industry. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns Create individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans Help clients understand their bodies and the reasoning behind their care Incorporate movement, exercise, and active rehabilitation where appropriate Maintain accurate clinical documentation and professional standards Communicate and collaborate with LIFT’s trainers and healthcare practitioners Build strong, long-term relationships with clients Contribute positively to the culture and continued growth of LIFT Collective What We’re Looking For Registered and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory college in British Columbia Valid professional liability insurance Strong assessment, communication, and hands-on treatment skills An active, movement-based approach to care A genuine interest in strength training, mobility, rehabilitation, or performance Someone collaborative, dependable, personable, and committed to excellent client care A practitioner interested in building a sustainable long-term practice Existing experience or clientele is an asset, but the right fit matters most What LIFT Offers A premium, fully equipped training and treatment environment Access to an established and engaged client community Internal referrals from trainers, kinesiologists, and other healthcare practitioners Opportunities for collaboration, education, workshops, and content creation Administrative and marketing support Flexible scheduling A strong team culture without the corporate clinic feel Competitive independent-contractor compensation About LIFT Collective LIFT Collective brings training, mobility, rehabilitation, and healthcare together under one roof. We believe strength and mobility should work together, assessments should guide the plan, and clients should leave with a better understanding of their bodies not just temporary relief. Our goal is to create a space where practitioners can do their best work, collaborate with good people, and build meaningful careers without sacrificing the quality of care they provide. To Apply Please apply through LinkedIn with your résumé and a short introduction telling us about your approach to chiropractic care and why you feel you would be a strong fit for LIFT Collective. We’re not simply looking to fill a treatment room. We’re looking for the right person to grow with us.
