We foster an open-door policy that encourages collaboration and support among our team members. *Summary* We are seeking a Fulfillment Officer to join our team in Barrie. Based in office, the Fulfillment Officer will play a vital role in ensuring that client applications are processed efficiently and accurately, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service. *Responsibilities* * Coordinate with lenders and clients to gather necessary documentation needed to close their mortgage transaction. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. * Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications. * Support the sales and underwriting team with administrative tasks related to loan fulfillment. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in financial services or mortgage fulfillment. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Knowledge of accounting principles is highly desirable. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Prior experience with mortgage fulfillment is a must. Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Benefits: * On-site parking Work Location: In person
