*Job Summary* We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional front desk support, manage electronic medical records, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced medical environment, supporting both patients and healthcare providers with professionalism and efficiency. *Duties* * Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk * Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and relay messages * Maintain and update electronic medical records using Accuro * Prepare and organize patient charts, forms, and documentation. * Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies * Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up appointments for providers * Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy regulations and office policies *Experience* * Prior experience working in medical office setting is highly preferred * Familiarity with Accuro * Strong understanding of medical terminology and electronic medical records management is highly preferred * Proven experience in office administration, front desk operations, or as a dental receptionist * Experience handling multi-line phone systems and managing busy front desk environments is desirable * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and data entry * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting while maintaining professionalism This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable multitasking, has excellent communication skills, and demonstrates a strong commitment to patient care. Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour Experience: * Accuro: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person
