Clinical Counsellor / Independent Practitioner

Job Overview Lighthouse Wellness Centre is hiring a Clinical Counsellor / Independent Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Brandon MB. You'll provide in-person counselling to individuals, couples, and families (ages 3+) under a cost-share model, with the flexibility to build your own caseload and practice. The practitioner will conduct intakes, assessments, and counselling sessions for individuals, couples, and families. They are also responsible for maintaining client records and participating in multidisciplinary team consultations.

Candidates must hold a relevant degree (BSW, BScPN, MSW, MACP) and be in good standing with their regulatory body with current liability insurance. A commitment of at least one year is required to build a long-term practice.
