Customer Service Representative / Customer Care Associate (full time) Ottawa, ON, Canada | req32125 The Customer Service Representative / Customer Care Associates are responsible for the coordination of telephone referrals, verification of criteria and appropriates funding in setting up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services. Receive and process client walk-in or phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered along with showroom sales and inquiries from walk-in clients. What you will enjoy doing* You will coordinate telephone referrals, verify eligibility criteria and appropriate funding, and set up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services Perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone and walk-in orders, answering questions, tracing order and shipment status, and resolving issues In addition, you shall be accountable for providing complete and accurate account setup and pricing data, and for maintaining the ongoing accuracy of customer information To Support Territory Managers by balancing your time between inside sales and customer service duties, helping the team achieve targeted sales budgets is part of your role Collect payments to ensure customer accounts remain current and track customer orders in JDE to confirm delivery and billing are completed You will be responsible for daily cash reconciliation and preparing bank deposits Ensure all outgoing mail is sent daily What makes you great* High school diploma or equivalent is required for this role You have a minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience Retail sales experience is preferred You must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong computer skills are considered an asset. A commitment to safety is essential for this role. You must demonstrate a proven ability to manage relationships with both existing and new customers, while maintaining knowledge of growth and development areas in home care sales.
