Linde Canada Inc. Quality Systems Manager (full time) Saint-Hubert, QC, Canada | req32327 This position is responsible for the implementation of broad policies and procedures to meet and exceed Linde Canada’s business needs in quality and government compliance and other quality assurance programs. Requires the ability to work independently and to provide consultative advice within specific functional area to assigned client base (all Quebec plants and the Quebec region). Responsible to perform a variety of quality assurance audits and training duties in their assigned area to ensure compliance with Linde and regulatory body standards. Reduce costs through Operational Excellence strategies. What you will enjoy doing* Champion a strong culture of safety, operational excellence and accountability across all Quebec facilities Lead regulatory and internal audits while ensuring full compliance with quality, environmental and safety requirements Maintain and continuously improve safety, quality and compliance programs to support reliable operations Partner with facility leaders to ensure permits, licenses and operational standards remain current and effective Co-lead Health and Safety Committees, drive action plans and promote continuous improvement initiatives Provide coaching, guidance and training to employees on safety, quality and regulatory best practices Support operational changes by participating in system and process reviews and ensuring compliance requirements are met Monitor, analyze and report key quality, safety and compliance metrics to help drive informed business decisions What makes you great* Hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or bring relevant industry experience Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and a solid understanding of operational compliance requirements Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support reporting, analysis and administrative activities Thrive in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to achieving operational goals Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills when collaborating with employees, leaders and external stakeholders Apply strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and resolve complex challenges Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic and a proactive, results-driven mindset Communicate effectively in both French and English while showing a strong willingness to learn, adapt and grow professionally Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company.
