Quality Systems Manager (full time) Saint-Hubert, QC, Canada | req32327 This position is responsible for the implementation of broad policies and procedures to meet and exceed Linde Canada’s business needs in quality and government compliance and other quality assurance programs. Requires the ability to work independently and to provide consultative advice within specific functional area to assigned client base (all Quebec plants and the Quebec region). Responsible to perform a variety of quality assurance audits and training duties in their assigned area to ensure compliance with Linde and regulatory body standards. Reduce costs through Operational Excellence strategies. The Quality Systems Manager implements policies and procedures to ensure quality and government compliance across all Quebec plants. Key duties include leading regulatory audits, driving operational excellence strategies, and coaching employees on safety and quality best practices.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or possess relevant industry experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingualism in French and English are required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
