As a sales person you are the most important person to make sure this happens! Responsibilities About The Applicant: In The Store, Together With The Team You Initiate contact with the customer Interact with visitors and seek every opportunity to increase sales at all customer touch points enhancing the customer experience Combine a Customer First focus with store tasks Work actively with additional sales in all touch points such as the cash desk, fitting room, on the floor and other areas of interaction Work actively to reach both store common and individual goals Take an active part in developing own skills and performance,contributing to a good working environment Cooperates with all colleagues. Gives and receives feedback in a constructive way Act according to Lindex values & steering documents Continuously improve working methods within the role Seek and share necessary information to reach the best results Further Information During the absence of the Store Sales Manager you act as a stand-in for her ensuring a smooth daily operation of the store. This add ons from the above:: Work with daily store planning and operations to ensure efficiency Plan and follow up the daily work of team members Adapt, act and make business oriented decisions to secure sales. During longer absence duties might include: Rostering of work schedule Sending of payroll information Everything we do we do with our values in mind, expressing ourselves according to our Brand promise and with our vision as a goal,we lead the way!
