Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Administrator will provide a support role to the project team as assigned. This may include, but is not limited to, the Construction Manager, Project Manager, Site Superintendent, and Project Coordinator. Position Benefits Here’s why we think you’ll love working at Lindsay: Flexible working hours throughout the year (early “Lindsay Fridays”) Competitive salary Annual Incentive Plan Employee Health Benefits Group RRSP with 4% matching Frequent social and community-based events Opportunities to collaborate closely with senior personnel and other departments Position Responsibilities Here’s what your day-to-day looks like: Maintain accurate and up-to date record logs (for drawings, Vendor/Subcontractor list, Requests For Information (RFI), Contemplated Change Notices (CCN’s), Change Orders (CO’s), site directives), track and record responses through Jonas and Prolog, and advise Project Team Establish and maintain contractor contact lists Prepare and distribution of documentation to subcontractors, clients and architects as required (shop drawings, change orders, requests for pricing, request for information, etc.) Prepare and distribute meeting minutes Create and maintain project files Assist with preparation and distribution of monthly reports as required Correspond with clients and subcontractors via email and phone as required Archive project binders, drawings, and relevant documents for closed jobs Help maintain project drawings for the project team Coordinate submittals and gather all close out documents, including record drawings, and warranties for Operating and Maintenance Manuals Job Requirements Our ideal candidate has the following: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask to meet scheduled and unexpected deadlines Strong organizational, decision making, and time management skills Intermediate level computer skills with Microsoft Office Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills Related technical diploma or relevant experience Experience coordinating commercial construction projects is preferred Experience using Jonas and Prolog is an asset How to Apply: Please use the link provided to apply.
