Role Description The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Richmond, BC, responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office. This position manages office administration, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and overseeing reception duties. The Office Manager supports the leadership and recruitment teams by preparing documents, organizing client and candidate files, and assisting with travel arrangements and event logistics. The role also includes handling basic bookkeeping or expense tracking, liaising with vendors and building management, and helping maintain office policies, procedures, and a professional, welcoming work environment. Qualifications Strong office administration and organizational skills, including calendar management, records maintenance, and coordination of meetings and events. Proficiency in common office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, video conferencing platforms, and basic data entry systems). Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, candidates, and clients. Experience handling basic budgeting, invoicing, or expense tracking, and working with external vendors or service providers. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, solve problems independently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role; experience in recruitment or professional services is an asset. High level of integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered. 📍 Location: Richmond, BC (On-site) 💰 Salary: CAD $65,000 - $70,000/year
