Mortgage Brokerage Compliance Manager / Commission Administrator Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time Location: Etobicoke, Ontario (100% In-Office) About the Opportunity Our client, a well-established mortgage brokerage with a strong reputation in the Canadian mortgage industry, is seeking a Mortgage Brokerage Compliance Manager / Commission Administrator to join their Compliance and Commission team. This role is ideal for an experienced mortgage brokerage professional with a strong understanding of compliance requirements, mortgage documentation, lender processes, and commission administration. The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment. Key Qualifications Minimum 2 years of mortgage brokerage compliance experience Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Filogix Scarlett Software System Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management Thorough understanding of mortgage brokerage commission structures and lender commission statements Familiarity with FINTRAC rules and regulatory requirements Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Excellent organizational and communication skills Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Reviewing mortgage documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance Ensuring compliance with lender and brokerage requirements Reviewing mortgage files and identifying potential compliance issues Communicating with internal teams to resolve documentation and compliance concerns Supporting mortgage commission administration processes Maintaining accurate records and reports using internal systems and Excel Assisting with ongoing compliance monitoring and administrative activities Required Experience The ideal candidate will have current or recent experience working within a: Mortgage Brokerage Super Broker Mortgage Network Mortgage Lending Environment Candidates without direct mortgage brokerage compliance experience will not be considered.
