Logistics Specialist – Hybrid - Cambridge, ON Are you a logistics professional with experience in 3PL or 4PL environments? What You’ll Do * Coordinate, rate, dispatch, and monitor shipments across North America using our proprietary systems and TMS software. * Communicate proactively with clients and carriers to resolve issues and ensure service excellence. * Maintain and update customer/vendor databases and documentation (PARS, PAPS, Customs Cargo Control Documents). * Analyze operational trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and international trade regulations. What We’re Looking For * Minimum5-7years of logistics experience, ideally in a 3PL or 4PL setting. * Experience with international shipments, controlled goods, or ITAR environments is strongly preferred. * Strong business acumen and a service-first mindset. * CCS, CITT, or PLOG certification is an asset. * Excellent communication and multitasking skills. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/stat holidays as needed. Who Should Not Apply This role is not suitable for candidates with only warehouse, forklift, or retail experience. We’re looking for individuals who understand the complexity of logistics operations and can deliver high-level service in a dynamic environment. Location Requirements This is a hybrid role based in Cambridge, ON. Candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance. Applications from outside the region will not be considered.
