The firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Accounting Firm who takes pride in delivering exceptional accounting, tax, and business advisory services while contributing to a collaborative and client-focused team environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple client deadlines, including financial reporting, bank reporting, and tax compliance requirements. Prepare complex compilation and review engagement files in accordance with professional standards. Prepare and review corporate and personal income tax returns, including complex filings. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing compliance with all tax obligations. Prepare and present financial information using Excel, Word, and accounting software such as CaseWare/CaseView. Communicate with tax authorities to resolve discrepancies and review client account matters. Ensure compliance with ASPE and the Income Tax Act. Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development. Assist partners in managing workflow, file organization, and overall practice efficiency. Key Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in public practice accounting. CPA designation would be an asset, however equivalent experience and qualifications will be considered. Proficiency with accounting and tax software, including CaseWare, Profile, Sage, and QuickBooks. Must have experience preparing and reviewing compilation and review engagement files. Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards (ASPE and related frameworks). Solid understanding of business operations and Canadian regulatory requirements, including GST, payroll, and government programs. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Keen interest in continued learning and professional development. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Results oriented, organized and knows how to prioritize workloads. We thank all interested applicants. Exigences

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in public practice accounting and proficiency with accounting software. A CPA designation is preferred, along with strong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and tax regulations.
