Résumé du poste

About The Opportunity Our client is a Canadian construction group that has grown into several distinct businesses, each with its own market, its own customers, and its own way of winning work, all carried by one brand. That growth has outpaced the marketing behind it. The story of what it means to work, grow and build inside each division has never been properly told, internally or externally. This role exists to tell it, and then to build the machine that keeps telling it. Duties include but are not limited to: A mandate across every division, not one; you carry the whole brand Full ownership of the toolkit: social media presence, graphic design, brand standards, and marketing assets built on the employee and project experience Defining what it means to work, grow and build within each business unit, and guiding how each one sounds when it speaks Shaping how customers and partners feel when they engage any division; one brand, many front doors GTA-based, with real time spent inside the business units, on projects and with the teams whose voice you're carrying Implementation is the job; you build the assets, not just the strategy deck About You The successful candidate will have the following: You've built or rebuilt a brand function before, whether agency-side or in-house at a general contractor, engineering firm, developer or comparable business You win the hearts and minds of operational people who never asked for marketing, and they end up asking for more You move from brand vision to a content calendar, a design file, or a photo brief without handing it off You look at how construction firms market themselves and see sameness, and you see that as the opening You treat employees as the first audience; the external brand follows from what the internal one believes About the Job What's on offer beyond the title A blank canvas with a real mandate behind it, not a mature department to maintain Direct access to the leaders of each business unit One of the rare marketing seats in construction where the role shapes how the group grows, rather than decorating it A competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 This position is on-site in Mississauga, ON How To Apply Please apply by clicking the “Apply Now” button below and follow the instructions to submit your résumé.
