About The Opportunity Our Government client is seeking experience Negotiators for a Collective Bargaining processes. Duties include but are not limited to: Develop bargaining strategies and approaches to support collective negotiations Coordinate and provide training to the management bargaining team throughout the collective bargaining process, including negotiation procedures and related content Serve as the Chief Spokesperson during collective bargaining negotiations Manage the timing, pace, and overall coordination of the negotiation process Prepare briefs, submissions, and arguments for presentation to third parties About You The successful candidate will have the following: Must be licensed to practice law in the Province of Ontario and be a member of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing 5+ years’ experience on collective bargaining Bilingual in French and English Reliability Clearance About the Job One year contract + 2-year extension LROGOV How To Apply Please apply by clicking the “Apply Now” button below and follow the instructions to submit your résumé. The Negotiator will develop bargaining strategies and serve as the Chief Spokesperson during collective bargaining negotiations. They are responsible for coordinating the management team and preparing briefs and arguments for third parties.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Ontario and be members of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing. A minimum of 5 years of collective bargaining experience and bilingualism in French and English are required.
