Role: Scrum Master Location: Remote Job Description: Manage each project’s scope and timeline. • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. • Coach team members in Agile frameworks. • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration. • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders) • Work with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests. • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur. • Help teams implement changes effectively. • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint. • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity. • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it LTIMindtree is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity in the workplace. The Scrum Master is responsible for coordinating sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings while coaching the team in Agile frameworks. They act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and work with product owners to manage backlogs and remove obstacles.

The candidate should be able to guide development teams toward higher scrum maturity and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Experience in facilitating internal collaboration and managing project timelines is required.
