The Scrum Master is responsible for coordinating sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings while coaching teams in Agile frameworks. They act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and remove obstacles.

The candidate should have experience guiding development teams toward higher scrum maturity and implementing effective changes. A mid-senior level of seniority is expected to manage project scope and ensure quality deliverables.
