Job Title: Business Analyst (Swift Payment) Location: Ontario, Toronto, Canada Responsibilities: Partner with business owners, operations, and SMEs to elicit, document, and validate current-state (“as-is”) business processes across high-value payment flows — origination, screening, authorization, settlement, exceptions, and investigations • Produce clear process artifacts: process maps, swimlane diagrams, SOPs, RACI matrices, and business requirements document from a business (not purely technical) perspective • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, manual workarounds, and control gaps within existing payment processes • Facilitate workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to capture process detail, decision points, and exception handling • Design and document “to-be” future-state processes in collaboration with business, technology, and design thinking teams • Ensure process documentation reflects regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to high-value payments (AML, sanctions screening, SWIFT messaging standards, RTGS scheme rules) • Support impact assessments and change management activities when processes are redesigned or systems are upgraded • Maintain a central repository of process documentation, ensuring version control and stakeholder sign-off • Act as a liaison between business SMEs and project/technology teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood and translated into solutions • Support UAT and post-implementation review by validating that new processes match documented business intent Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTM (“LTM”): Benefits and Perks: Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, Vision Short Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage 401(k) Plan with Company match Life Insurance Vacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays Paid Paternity and Maternity Leave The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. The role involves eliciting and documenting current and future-state business processes for high-value payment flows. The analyst will act as a liaison between business SMEs and technology teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into solutions.

Candidates must be able to produce clear process artifacts and ensure documentation reflects regulatory compliance for SWIFT and AML standards. Experience in facilitating workshops and supporting UAT for payment system upgrades is required.
