Role Description Job Role :- Business Analyst (Wholesale lending) Job Location :- Mississauga, ON Job Description:- Develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex highvolume applications in partnership with business partners and stakeholders Lead to formulation of strategies processes for Product Road map Development and Governance and contribute to defining standards and new automation initiatives Develop communication to guide influence and convince others including colleagues in other areas and external customers Provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business and filter prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources Work among a team of committed individuals to solicit and document detailed and thorough system and function requirements BRD including various workflows to enhance business technology platform Transition requirements to QA teams across multiple global regions and assist in identifying test scenarios and work with business users to execute UAT conduct business user training and mange technology implementation Deliver material presentations to Senior Management and application owners and apprise key stakeholders with project health Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws rules and regulations adhering to Policy applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior conduct and business practices and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparency Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools Proven diplomatic and analytical skills Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs Superb analytical written and verbal communication skills Technical skillsets to query and analyze data through SQL and excellent with Excel Word Project Visio and PowerPoint products Experience with wholesale credit risk or wholesale lending transactions a plus Experience with loan origination and securitization process LoanIQ experience a plus Other Details Vacancy Type: New Vacancy Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree Canada (“LTIMC”): Benefits And Perks Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, Vision Health Care Spending Account Short Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage Life Insurance Annual vacation and other Paid Leaves Maternity Leave Top Up Pay The range displayed on each job posting reflects the total compensation range for the position across all Canada locations. Develop technical solutions and product roadmaps for wholesale lending applications while managing stakeholder relationships. Document detailed system requirements (BRD), coordinate with QA teams for testing, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training.

Requires 8-10 years of experience in business or systems analysis with strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office tools. Experience with wholesale credit risk, loan origination, and LoanIQ is highly preferred.
