Executive Assistant for a CEO Salary up to 110,000! Full and Extensive Benefits+ a Robust RRSP + 3-4 Weeks of Vacation + 5+ personal days and wonderful employee perks!!! This role will require the EA to go to the office 3 days per week and the office in North York and along the subway and there is also subsidized parking. The OPPORTUNITY is with a client that values its employees, provides care and support to many Torontonians. The organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a CEO. This Executive is looking for a long-term partnership with their EA. The Executive knows the value of an EA and the Executive wants someone with initiative, strong interpersonal/communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to multitask. In this role, you will manage complex and ever-changing calendar, manage a very busy inbox, arrange meetings, plan travel, create and prepare documentation, correspondence and presentations as well as plan events. This role will require the EA to help the Executive with meeting material, documents and presentations. If you have a “chief of staff mentality” this is an exciting role for an experienced and highly capable EA who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment! Responsibilities include: Manage a complex and constantly changing calendar, schedule meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the Executive is kept up to date of changing and urgent needs Manage a busy inbox and flag urgent emails/action on emails, as required Book travel (flights, hotel and car service and provide a detailed agenda) Ensure the Executive has all meeting material well in advance of meetings Draft and edit correspondence and prepare presentations for meetings Prepare spreadsheets for reports and manage data for reports and spreadsheets Plan, organize and coordinate offsite events, department meetings and town halls Prepare and submit detailed expense reports Collaborate and interact with direct reports/other departments when preparing the meeting materials for high level executive meetings Manage confidential information (internal and external) Manage special projects including research as assigned by the Executive Qualifications: Previous experience supporting a C- level Executive in dynamic organization that has a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Able to manage confidential information with discretion Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with a variety of document management systems Completion of an undergraduate degree or college diploma is an asset Experience planning and coordinating events Accurate and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Proactive and resourceful mind-set
