About This Team The Global Procurement team are trusted business advisors who strategically partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to create value and mitigate risk in strategic non-product purchases for the global organization. The team supports the business in increasing its profitability and return on investment by creating value in our indirect supply chain through strategic & stakeholder-centric procurement. From providing category expertise, market insights, cost savings opportunities, supplier performance and relationship management & developing short and long-term strategies, the Global Procurement team plays a key role in value delivery for our business. Rooted within Global Procurement is the Global Procurement Strategy & Analytics function. This team enables value delivery across Category Management through Procurement Enablement, Procurement Intelligence, and Responsible Procurement. Beyond establishing strong data and process foundations, the team also drives alignment to lululemon’s core values and mandates related to People and Planet. a Day In The Life Reporting to the Director, Procurement – Strategy & Analytics, the Program Manager, Risk and Supplier Relationship Management (Responsible Procurement) plays a critical role in embedding lululemon’s values across our supplier ecosystem. In close partnership with Legal, Risk & Advisory, Cybersecurity, and Business Units, this role leads the design and execution of global Responsible Procurement programs focused on supplier risk and relationship management within Global Procurement. What You’ll Do Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of Supplier Risk Management and Supplier Relationship Management programs, translating Responsible Procurement strategy into structured, scalable practices across Global Procurement Translate risk and relationship management frameworks into scalable processes, tools, and governance, enabling consistent adoption across categories and regions Own program outcomes, ensuring risk assessments, monitoring, and supplier relationship activities are executed with rigor, consistency, and timeliness Drive program performance by tracking KPIs, identifying gaps, and advancing actions to improve adoption, effectiveness, and business impact Enable cross-functional governance and decision-making by facilitating forums with Legal, Risk & Advisory, Cybersecurity, and Business stakeholders to assess risks, align on actions, and track mitigation progress Partner with category teams to shape supplier strategies, embedding risk and performance insights into sourcing decisions, contract renewals, and ongoing supplier management Lead Supplier Relationship Management for priority suppliers, including performance frameworks, business review cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives Oversee reporting and insight generation, ensuring data and dashboards are accurate, relevant, and drive clear, actionable decisions Drive continuous improvement across tools, processes, and data, strengthening program effectiveness, scalability, and usability Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree Preferred: MBA, SCMP, PMP or other relevant professional designation or certification 5+ years Procurement experience, Third-party Risk Management, Supplier Relationship Management programs and/or Procurement Strategy 2+ years of indirect procurement category experience Data-driven thinker with proven ability to analyze complex data Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office); experience with P2P (Coupa) or Oracle is an asset Experience using AI to unlock efficiency and fuel analytics. P2P/e-sourcing platform knowledge is an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Core capabilities: Program Management: Leads complex and cross category Supplier Management program workstreams or supplier management elements, including governance, processes, framework delivery, etc. Responsible Procurement: Ensures strategic sourcing integrates supplier risk and relationship and performance considerations. Reporting: Creates and manages updates to procurement reports, including but not limited to spend reporting, contract analysis and reporting, project landscape reporting, supplier attributes reporting. Data Management: Has a strong proficiency with procurement systems and tools. Project management: Leads complex projects and manages multiple deliverables concurrently. Uses tools and techniques to track progress, manage risks, and proactively communicate changes. Supplier Risk: Advanced understanding of third-party risk management principles. Develops risk management requirements, reviews assessments, defines monitoring strategies required across all supplier tiers along with management of risk register Supplier Performance: Advanced ability to facilitate execution of supplier relationship management framework along with ownership of supplier performance management process ESG: Integrates social and environmental concerns into Procurement practices. Compensation And Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $112,000 – $147,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
