About This Team FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. Core Responsibilities Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst - Global Brand is responsible for global brand financial forecast and analysis. Lead budgeting for our Global Brand portfolio including collaborating with regional FP&A teams to ensure consistent reporting standards Partner with brand senior leadership team to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations highlighting key business trends Lead monthly and quarterly SLT & Board reporting including variance analysis and commentary on key drivers Prepare and present Enterprise Marketing Dashboard and brand specific KPIs for global brand Participate in cross-functional initiatives to provide financial analysis support for operating decisions impacting brand costs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Adminstration, or a related field. CPA or MBA a plus. 5+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience within fast-paced business environments. Retail industry experience an asset. Brand and Marketing financial experience an asset Expert knowledge of Excel is required and working knowledge of Oracle EPM and PowerBI an asset. Extremely organized, through and takes pride in quality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner. Compensation And Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $88,200 - $115,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
