Regional Director

Role Description The Regional Director role at LumeFinder Labs is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing operations, growth, and performance across an assigned region. The Regional Director leads regional strategy execution, sets goals, and monitors key performance indicators to ensure alignment with company objectives. This role involves managing and coaching regional teams, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and supporting local leaders in implementing best practices. The Regional Director collaborates closely with senior leadership to identify market opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and improve customer experience. Day-to-day activities include reviewing regional metrics, conducting virtual meetings with stakeholders, addressing operational issues, and preparing reports and recommendations to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in regional leadership, operations management, or multi-site management, preferably in a technology, healthcare, or innovation-focused environment. Strong skills in strategic planning, performance management, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to lead, develop, and motivate diverse, distributed teams in a remote work setting. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working across departments and time zones. Demonstrated capability in project management, process improvement, and implementing scalable systems and workflows. Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems, collaboration software, and analytics dashboards. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Track record of achieving growth and efficiency targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and quality. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing regional and organizational needs.
