You will sit on the ground with our enterprise clients, embed into their data environment, and turn their raw ERP and warehouse data into business outcomes they can measure in dollars. You will not be writing tickets and throwing them over the wall. You will own the client relationship end to end: scoping the use cases, building the context layer, writing the prompts and SQL, training their teams, and feeding what you learn back into the product. You will work directly with our CEO and the founding team. If you want to be the person clients call when something breaks or when they want to unlock the next use case, this role is for you. Role Responsibilities Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of our AI analytics platform into their operations. Reverse-engineer their data model (SAP, Oracle, Databricks, Snowflake) and build the context layer that makes Lumi work for their business. Utilize advanced prompting techniques to extract meaningful insights from raw data, enabling clients to make data-driven decisions swiftly. Contribute to evolving our Value Engineering playbooks Run training sessions and executive demos. Make non-technical business users dangerous with Lumi. Be the voice of the customer inside Lumi. Feed product, engineering, and design what you see in the field. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years in a client-facing technical role: Data Scientist, Analytics Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or top-tier consulting (MBB, Big 4 advisory, boutique data consulting). Hands-on experience extracting insights from operational ERPs (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) is a strong plus. Track record of building data models, defining semantic layers, and shipping self-service analytics. Strong SQL and Python. Comfort with LLMs, prompt engineering, or building custom GPTs is a plus. You can walk into a CFO's office, explain a margin leakage analysis, and walk out with a follow-up meeting. High agency. You figure it out. You don't wait to be told what to do. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with 3+ years in a client-facing technical role. Strong SQL and Python skills are essential, and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
