Key Responsibilities Assisting the Care Coordinator with clinical documentation, care planning, and leadership of the care team Leading and supporting new consumer admissions and care planning processes Communicating effectively with families, allied health professionals, and other care partners Fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents and staff Actively participating in quality improvement and risk management activities What You Will Need AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse Familiarity with Lee care is preferred; however, a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly is also acceptable Able to keep things running smoothly, even during busy times. Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team The successful candidate requiring current National Police Clearance.
