Whether you're looking for part-time hours with the opportunity to grow into full-time or you're ready to take your career to the next level, we'd love to meet you. *Duties* * Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles tailored to each client?s preferences. * Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and products to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. * Engage with clients through active communication to understand their needs, offer expert advice, and recommend suitable services or retail products. * Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client results and increase sales opportunities. * Stay current with industry trends and techniques by participating in ongoing education and training sessions. * Foster a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth referrals. *Skills* * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect warmly with diverse clients. * Strong hair styling expertise across various techniques including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. * Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold health standards and ensure client safety. * Proven ability to upsell retail products effectively without being pushy. * Exceptional communication skills for listening to client needs and explaining styling options clearly. * Experience in retail sales within a salon environment is preferred. * Organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently while maintaining a clean and welcoming front desk area. *Requirement - CANB License for Hairstyling* Join us as a Licensed Hairstylist where your talent meets opportunity!
