Project Description: Luxoft Financial Services has one of the world's leading Murex practices. We are a top-tier Murex Alliance Partner and a market leader in implementation, integration, upgrade, and migration. We provide end-to-end project services and have delivered over 200 successful Murex projects across all major asset classes and sectors, including investment banking, asset management, corporate treasury, and insurance. Whether you possess a background in finance, technology, or Mathematics, your experience in the capital markets industry would be of high interest to us. Compensation for Toronto, Ontario: 105000 - 160000 CAD Gross per year, based on your interview results. Responsibilities: Collect expectations and requirements of the customer Write user stories and acceptance criteria UI/UX designs reviewing Manage best practices and ensure these practices are used Understand the effects of technology used within the development and the impact on the business client Produce quality deliverables and meet deadlines Customer expectations management Specifications (user stories) creation and review Gather business requirements by capturing user stories, prototyping, etc. Analysis of as-is business processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement Design to-be business processes, perform impact & feasibility analysis of the requirements Regular status reporting Mandatory Skills Description: Experience with Murex and BA; FO and BO experience preferred with strong Capital Markets knowledge 7+ years of experience as a BA on IT projects Strong technical skills in SimCorp Dimension development Good understanding of the Agile framework (SCRUM) Requirements elicitation techniques: workshopping, document analysis, interviews Requirements documentation through User Stories and SRS Calm, agile, positive, proactive, but pragmatic mindset Good communication skills + customer management skills + team-playing skills Good experience with data visualization tools and technical (UML) Good product/asset class (equity, fixed income, futures, etc.) knowledge and capital market experience Understanding of Business Analysis as related to requirements gathering and documentation for use by the development team Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Pension Funds and Pension Plan experience Languages: English: A1 Beginner
