Project Description: You will join a Regulatory Reporting Platform within a large US investment bank. The platform is responsible for collecting, processing, and transforming large volumes of data from multiple internal systems to produce regulatory reports for 240 jurisdictions worldwide. In total, the platform supports around 10,000 reports across a wide range of regulatory, compliance, financial, and risk reporting areas. This is a large-scale, business-critical data platform operating in a highly regulated environment, where data accuracy, quality, traceability, and timely delivery are essential. The team works on building and enhancing data pipelines, implementing reporting logic, ensuring data validation and reconciliation, and supporting the generation of complex regulatory outputs. The project is delivered by a global distributed team with colleagues located in Ukraine, Poland, and the US, offering close collaboration with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders across multiple regions. Responsibilities: Requirements elicitation, documentation, and management. Create rules based on gathered requirements using internally-built language (similar to KNIME) Conduct insightful, ad hoc analysis to investigate possible production issues. Maintaining project backlog Participate in product increment acceptance testing and testing results analysis Mandatory Skills Description: 6+ years of requirements management/business analysis experience SQL knowledge; be able to write complex SQL queries Scripting experience (R, Python, VBA or any other language) Technical Knowledge, ability to read code Experience in process analysis and documentation Strong analytical and communication skills Proactive team player, stress-resistant Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Experience working with large-scale enterprise data platforms Knowledge of cloud environments and modern data platform architectures Understanding of CI/CD practices and automated deployment pipelines Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams within a distributed global setup Languages: English: C2 Proficient

The role involves eliciting and documenting requirements to create reporting rules using an internal language for a large-scale regulatory reporting platform. Additionally, the analyst will perform ad hoc analysis to investigate production issues and manage the project backlog.

Candidates must have over 6 years of experience in business analysis and requirements management, with strong proficiency in SQL and scripting languages like Python or R. Experience with large-scale data platforms and Agile methodologies is highly preferred.
