Résumé du poste
Job Title: Growth Marketing & Showroom Manager Location: Langley, BC (On-site – Showroom, Office & Warehouse) Schedule: Full-time, on-site from Wednesday to Sunday (weekends are regular working days) Required: Proximity to Langley, BC and should have a reliable vehicle. Compensation: $60,000-$90,000. Competitive Base Salary + Strong Sales & Revenue Growth Incentives About Us We are a small, family-operated business with multiple high-value product lines under one roof. Our offerings include: Residential lifestyle products: Premium, high-ticket items that require consultative, trust-based selling. B2B contractor and trade products: Repeat-purchase, relationship-driven sales. Industrial equipment: Considered purchases involving demos, specification guidance, and long-term value conversations. All divisions share one physical showroom and separate online presences, and your role is to make that combined ecosystem perform. Role Overview We are looking for a Growth Marketing & Showroom Manager who can: Own high-ticket showroom sales from welcome to close. Drive online store revenue growth through practical, hands-on digital marketing. Lead a lean marketing team to execute campaigns and content efficiently. Work Environment: This is a full-time, in-showroom role with strong autonomy. You must be comfortable working alone in the office and showroom setting most days. You are both the face of the showroom and the driver of our growth engine—an accountable individual contributor and go-getter who thrives on seeing your results in both sales numbers and incentives. Key Responsibilities 1. Showroom Management & High-Ticket Sales Act as the primary on-site host of our showroom during open hours. Welcome walk-in visitors, qualify their needs, and guide them through a consultative sales process. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and explain benefits in simple, relatable language. Build rapport and trust with both consumer and business customers, and close sales across our product portfolio. Ensure the showroom is always well-presented, stocked with current brochures, signage, and digital displays. 2. Full-Mix, E-Commerce & Growth Marketing Take ownership of online sales performance and traffic quality into our websites and online store. Plan and execute digital campaigns (e.g., Google/Meta/Bing ads, email sends, remarketing) that drive measurable online revenue growth. Drive offline, local marketing initiatives (e.g., Flyer drops, direct mailers, print brochures, local signage, and event coordination) to complement digital efforts and increase foot traffic. Coordinate SEO basics (on-page improvements, local search presence, listings) to support inbound leads and online purchases. Monitor key metrics (traffic, conversion rate, cost per lead/sale) and make data-driven adjustments to campaigns. 3. Lean Marketing Team Leadership Work with a small, lean team (e.g., content creator, freelancer designers, media buyers) to execute marketing tasks. Brief and manage freelancers for specialized work (design, video, advanced ad builds), while owning the overall strategy and quality. Keep messaging consistent across showroom displays, social media, ads, and the online store. 4. CRM, Follow-Up & Accountability Maintain clean records of showroom visitors and online leads using our CRM or lead tracking tools. Follow up by phone/email with warm prospects, abandoned inquiries, and past customers to drive repeat and referral sales. Keep management updated on weekly performance: sales closed, pipeline status, and key campaign results. What Success Looks Like Total sales (in-showroom and online) are growing month over month. Online store revenue is trending upward with clear attribution to your campaigns and initiatives. Showroom visitors consistently receive a professional, confident experience that leads to strong closing ratios. The marketing team executes efficiently, and external support is used intentionally, driving high-impact results without excess. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience across: High-ticket product sales experience: Proven background selling higher-value products (e.g., vehicles, luxury goods, home improvement, industrial equipment). Comfortable building value, handling objections, and closing in a showroom or appointment-based setting. E-commerce & digital marketing experience: Hands-on track record running online campaigns that directly drive store sales (e.g., Shopify-based sites, DTC brands, etc.). Familiar with ad platforms (Google/Meta/Bing) and basic analytics tools. Full-mix & offline marketing capabilities: Comfortable managing both digital performance ads and offline localized marketing tactics (flyers, signage, local collateral). Showroom management experience: Has previously managed or co-managed a physical showroom or retail space. Understands traffic flows, merchandising, and the importance of a consistently strong customer experience. Accountable individual contributor & go-getter: Takes ownership for results and doesn’t wait to be told what to do. Comfortable being the main driver of both sales and marketing day-to-day, including working independently on-site. Thrives in a small, entrepreneurial environment where initiative is valued. Great Sales Incentives & Compensation Competitive base salary (commensurate with your experience and ability to drive both showroom and online sales). Strong sales incentives tied directly to total sales performance. Clear visibility: When you increase revenue, you see your impact in your compensation. Growth opportunity: Opportunity to grow scope and earnings as the business expands and new campaigns succeed.
