M Moser Associates is hiring an Intermediate to Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team in Vancouver, BC. Job Overview The job of a Workplace Designer at M Moser extends through both the design and delivery of a project. You'll be deeply involved in the creative work itself — a strong design contributor and emerging leader who moves fluidly from early concept and client engagement through documentation and construction administration. You'll be hands-on in design production while also developing your ability to think holistically across disciplines, systems, and digital tools. In a Senior Designer capacity, you will get to take the lead on projects from the first client interview through to closeout, and play an active role in growing the business both externally and internally. This role requires: Extensive workplace experience Strong technical fluency (especially Revit) Design excellence Curiosity about AI-enabled workflows A collaborative mindset aligned with our Integrative Architecture, Engineering and Construction direction Key Responsibilities Contribute to concept design, design development, visualization, and contract documentation for workplace projects Lead projects or portions of projects with oversight from senior leadership Develop and maintain high-quality Revit models and drawing packages Produce compelling presentations and visual materials that communicate design intent clearly Collaborate across disciplines (strategy, architecture, engineering, construction) to support an integrated project approach Engage in client meetings and presentations with growing confidence Explore and adopt AI-enabled tools and digital workflows that improve design quality and efficiency Support mentoring of junior designers and contribute positively to team culture Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery Qualifications & Key Competencies: 4 + years of experience contributing to workplace interior design projects Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field Advanced proficiency in Revit (required) Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office Strong ability to execute detailed working drawings and coordinate documentation Working knowledge of local codes and permitting requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to contribute across multiple projects Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills NCIDQ certification considered an asset, not a requirement Mindset & Growth Attributes Demonstrated curiosity about AI in design and construction Interest in improving workflows through technology and digital innovation Ability to think beyond silos and collaborate across disciplines Strong ownership mentality and accountability for quality Eagerness to grow into broader leadership and integrative thinking Why Join M Moser: Work on complex, high-profile projects for global clients — from concept through construction Be part of a firm that's actively integrating AI and digital tools into how design gets done Grow into leadership within a structure that actually supports it — with mentorship, cross-disciplinary exposure, and real accountability Join a studio culture that's collaborative and values-driven without being precious about it Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and genuine flexibility To apply: Please apply to this posting or by reaching out directly to our Recruitment Partner at [email protected] with your resume AND portfolio, highlighting your corporate workplace project experience.
