As a CNC Programmer-Operator, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, where precision, innovation and quality are present every day. What You Will Do Programming, configuring and operating numerically controlled (CNC) machines Interpret plans, technical drawings and specifications to produce parts that meet aeronautical requirements. Select the tools and determine the optimal machining parameters Perform the setup and make the necessary adjustments. Verify the conformity of the parts using precision measuring instruments Optimize machining programs and methods to improve quality and efficiency Participate in solving technical problems and in the continuous improvement of processes Perform basic maintenance on equipment Document the work carried out according to quality and traceability requirements Collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams to deliver an exceptional product Your profile DEP in machining techniques, ASP in CNC programming or equivalent training Experience in programming and operating CNC machines Excellent ability to read blueprints and understand dimensional tolerances Knowledge of CNC programming software (Mastercam, GibbsCAM, Fusion 360 or equivalent) Rigour, precision and attention to detail Team spirit and a desire to learn and continuously improve Why join us?
