What You’ll Do As the primary contact for your assigned customer accounts, you’ll coordinate the repair process from quotation through delivery. Working closely with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Quality, you’ll monitor repair progress, provide proactive customer updates, review quotations and repair orders, resolve issues, and build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with both customers and technical teams, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve. Qualifications Diploma or degree in Aerospace, Aviation Technology, Aircraft Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or another related technical discipline. Experience in aerospace MRO, manufacturing, technical support, customer service, planning, quality, or program management. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Microsoft Office proficiency; ERP experience (Quantum is an asset). Bilingual in French and English*. The position requires a very good knowledge of English, both oral and written. The position involves reading and understanding technical documents in English on a daily basis, especially from international companies, as well as regular communication with customers, suppliers and other international stakeholders. Experience working with aircraft components or within the aerospace industry is considered a strong asset. Ready to Take Off?
