Business Analyst

Main Responsibilities: Analyze situations to understand organizational problems and seize opportunities Identify, analyze, document, and validate the organization's business needs and requirements Support stakeholders and ensure their buy-in to project requirements Support the identification of business value Verify, validate, and manage the traceability of business needs Align the solution with business objectives Identify internal and external prerequisites and dependencies Analyze the impacts on stakeholders Communicate and present the solution Evaluate and validate the effectiveness of a solution in relation to needs and requirements Ensure a comprehensive view of the solution Requirements Required knowledge and skills: Bachelor's degree ESSENTIAL: 5 to 8 years of experience in a business analyst role ESSENTIAL: Experience working within an Agile program Business analysis certification, CBAP, or PMI-PBA an asset Knowledge of the banking and financial industry an asset

The Business Analyst will identify, document, and validate business needs while ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives. They will also manage stakeholder requirements, analyze impacts, and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess 5 to 8 years of experience in a business analyst role. Experience working within an Agile program is essential, while certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA and financial industry knowledge are considered assets.
