End-to-end testing manager, Transformation Program

Job Description: The client is seeking an end-to-end testing manager capable of governing the complete testing strategy for a transformation program, not a test case executor or a single-tool specialist. This is a leadership role: defining and governing the strategy, planning validation phases, coordinating dependencies between teams and suppliers, and producing progress and risk indicators for management. Define and govern the complete program testing strategy. Plan validation activities across multiple delivery phases. Coordinate dependencies between teams, vendors, and technology domains. Define the requirements for test environments and data. Implement a sustainable regression testing approach and recommend automation opportunities. Prepare and coordinate acceptance testing and production deployments. Produce progress and risk indicators for management. Requirements Desired profile: 10+ years in quality assurance and test strategy, experience as test manager for a complex transformation program, integrated multi-system testing and Salesforce environments Experience in financial services or insurance is an asset.
