Dump Truck Driver (Class 1 or Class 3) — MacArthur's Paving (2026) Inc. Join our team! MacArthur's Paving is hiring an experienced Dump Truck & Tractor Trailer Driver to support our municipal and asphalt construction projects. This role involves operating dump trucks and tractor trailers to haul materials. Key Responsibilities Operate Class 1 tractor trailers and Class 3 dump trucks safely and efficiently Haul asphalt, sand, and other materials to and from job sites Move construction equipment using tag-along trailers when required Perform proper loading, securing, tarping, and unloading procedures Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues Maintain accurate logs, load tickets, and delivery documentation Follow all safety procedures, transportation regulations, and company policies What We’re Looking For Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license with clean abstract (required) Experience operating dump trucks, tractor trailers, and hauling equipment is an asset Ability to safely load, secure, and transport machinery is an asset Strong awareness when backing, maneuvering, and working in active construction zones Reliable, professional, and safety-focused Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join MacArthur's Paving? Operate Class 1 tractor trailers and Class 3 dump trucks to haul asphalt and other materials for municipal and construction projects. Perform vehicle inspections, maintain accurate delivery logs, and safely transport construction equipment using tag-along trailers.

A valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver's license with a clean abstract is required. Experience in hauling equipment and operating dump trucks in active construction zones is considered an asset.
