The BSA will play a critical role for this ERP project, which will implement a Microsoft D365-based Finance and Procurement product for a Canadian Crown Corporation. Being successful in this role will mean being an effective intermediary between the software vendor and the customer stakeholders. This is a 10-month remote engagement, with a part-time allocation of .75 FTE, availability is required during EST business hours (9-5). Responsibilities The BSA will be responsible for activities and deliverables through all phases of the ERP project, including: Engagement of business stakeholders Familiarizing themselves with the project plans and current state artefacts Leading the future state business process design Setting up and maintaining DevOps: recording and updating Work Items Key contributor for the Fit - Gap Support Finance and Procurement Solution Design using training and input from the software vendor and customer stakeholders Support build activities Document and execute test cases Plan and support UAT Support the Data Migration (ETL) Training material build and delivery (English and French) GoLive and Hypercare support Status monitoring and reporting Qualifications Intermediate, hands-on ERP implementation experience (Mandatory) Functional knowledge of Finance and Procurement Processes and Best Practices (Mandatory) Intermediate, Requirements Management (Mandatory) Workshop Facilitation (Mandatory) Language: English (Professional capabilities mandatory) French (Nice to Have) Canadian Federal Security Clearance: Enhanced Reliability or eligible to apply (Mandatory) D365 Business Central implementation experience (Nice-to-have) Budget and Encumbrance management experience (Nice-to-have) Power BI experience (Nice-to-have) DevOps administration experience (Nice-to-have) Formal Organizational Change Management experience (Nice-to-have)

The BSA will engage with business stakeholders and lead the future state business process design for the ERP project. They will also support various activities including testing, data migration, and training material development.
Exigences
Candidates must have intermediate, hands-on ERP implementation experience and functional knowledge of Finance and Procurement processes. Additional skills in requirements management and workshop facilitation are mandatory, with bilingual capabilities in English and French being a nice-to-have.
