Location: Remote, Canada Market Focus: Lubricant additives | Fuel Additives | Specialty Chemicals | Industrial Fluids About the Opportunity We are currently supporting a leading organization within the specialty chemicals sector that is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across the Canadian market. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional with experience across lubricants, fuels, additives, or related specialty chemical markets to take ownership of key customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and contribute to the continued expansion of a high-value product portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across the Canadian lubricants, fuels, and additives markets. Manage and expand relationships with key customers, including lubricant manufacturers, blenders, distributors, and industrial end users. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct customer engagement. Work closely with technical and product teams to provide tailored solutions aligned with customer requirements. Support product launches, customer trials, and technical discussions. Build strong relationships with OEMs, formulators, distributors, and industry stakeholders. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and market intelligence. Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings. The ideal candidate will have: Proven sales experience within lubricants, fuel additives, specialty chemicals, or related industrial markets. Strong understanding of lubricant formulations, additive technologies, base oils, fuels, or performance chemicals. Existing relationships within the Canadian chemical, lubricant, or industrial markets. Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and revenue growth. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with global teams. Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills. Willingness to travel throughout Canada as required.
